Support Coordination Plus is a Melbourne-based coordination of supports service for NDIS participants. We guide participants and families through every stage of their NDIS journey—offering local insights, plain-English advice and proactive check-ins to ensure your plan works for you.

Yes—our NDIS support coordination services cover the greater Melbourne region. While we’re based in Moonee Ponds, we can work with participants across northern, eastern and western suburbs and we also can provide remote services across Australia. 

If you choose to engage our services, we’ll send you a tailored Service Agreement and next-steps outline—then our support coordinator will get straight to work implementing your plan, coordinating providers and scheduling your first check-in. 

Support coordination fees are funded through your NDIS plan under the “capacity building” category. During your free consultation, we’ll briefly discuss the budget line items and explain exactly how we can fit into your plan—always transparently and in plain English.

We will always adhere to the current NDIS pricing arrangements guide which is found on the NDIS website. 

Absolutely. If you ever feel you’d like a different support coordinator, we can help facilitate that transition. Our goal is always to match you with the right person for your needs and communication style. We also may not be the right fit and we well ensure we are frank and helpful to your needs, even if we are not suited to your journey.

As a participant, you agree to use your NDIS funding only for supports and services in your approved plan. That means:

• Engaging with registered or trusted providers for the purposes outlined in your plan
   
• Keeping records (invoices, service agreements) in case of plan reviews
   
• Letting your support coordinator know about any changes in your goals, circumstances or funding needs
   

By meeting these obligations, you help ensure your plan remains compliant and you continue receiving the right level of NDIS support coordination.

 Your NDIS plan is designed to build your independence and achieve your goals. To use it correctly:

1. Prioritise funded supports: Only book services and equipment that directly relate to your plan goals.
    
2. Consult your support coordinator: We’ll help you interpret the plan’s categories and allocate funds appropriately.
    
3. Review regularly: During our proactive check-ins, we’ll assess whether you’re on track or need to shift dollars between line items.

We deliver NDIS support coordination primarily via video or phone consultations—so you can access expert guidance from anywhere in greater Melbourne. If you need in-person meetings, we can book accessible rooms in Moonee Ponds, Flemington, Footscray or Box Hill. While we plan to open our own office soon, we’re happy to meet you in a convenient, fitted-out location whenever required. 

Not yet—but we’re working on it! In the meantime, we can arrange accessible meeting spaces in Melbourne’s northern and western suburbs (Moonee Ponds, Flemington, Footscray, Box Hill) for any face-to-face sessions. Most participants continue with our video-call support coordination by default.
